What is a Resident Assistant?
An RA (Resident Assistant) is a South Point trained employee who lives in the building and is there to help you when you need assistance. They are there to keep the peace and enforce the House Rules. So make sure they don’t catch you breaking the house rules. They’ll assist you when you are not sure what to do in a situation and be a champion of customer service.
The RA together with Floor Reps is known as the Residence Life team and they will be responsible for fostering a social culture that allows everyone to enjoy the student life benefits.
