Please note of the following key information around Vacate 2020:
- Students whose accounts are up-to-date but have not returned to residence will need to come to SouthPoint’s offices to get their vacate note and vacate the premises.
- If your account is not up to date, please contact our office to make an arrangement, then come to the office and officially vacate.
- For those that are able to make payment on or by Tuesday, 01 December, you will have until Saturday, 05 December, to come and collect your belongings.
- All belongings not collected by 05 December will be discarded and SouthPoint will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the property.
