Last week I’ve been receiving calls from South Point and I was informed that I need to provide a medical certificate that proves I was tested for covid-19 in order to be back at rez. What I submitted was the Note from the Hospital saying no under 50 patients will be tested unless a person has symptoms and other rules were also given on that note, so I hope I can get my feedback as am allowed to be back or not.

Hi, so I moved in to Argon House on the 21st and when I got in to the room I found that the guy who occupied the room first, occupied the A side of the room, my side. When I submitted the inspection letter, I checked furniture and all the stuff of the B side and I found no problems and submitted the inspection letter. The thing is the window stay rail is missing on the A-side, so do I report the thing as missing? And will I be liable to pay for it even though I’m not the one who broke it?

Should you not report it – this could be charged to your account as damages. Your Building Manager can best advise you on this should you have any further concerns, however, the job will need to have been logged first.
